Thai Curry Wine Pairing Recipe
One of those healthy special recipes is the Thai Curry. But this time, we will make it even more special by adding red wine to the recipe, and with your own choice of meat (chicken, fish, beef or pork).
Cooking time: 40-45 minutes
What you need:
Choose your meat (chicken, beef, fish or pork) and cut in to small pieces
Dried Red Chilies
Ginger
Onion and Garlic
Lemon Grass
Lime skin
1 teaspoon Shrimp Paste
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Coriander
10pcs Cooked Peanuts
Cooking oil
Half Cup water
Half cup PairME’s “The Wine for Steak” Red Wine (buy it online)
Making the Curry Paste:
Cut the chillies, ginger, onion, garlic, lemongrass and lime skin into small pieces
Put them into a blender together with the shrimp paste, cumin, coriander and peanuts and start grinding
Add the water and start grinding again until the mixtures are turned into a paste
Cooking the Thai Chicken Curry:
Heat the pan and add oil
Put the curry paste into the pan and stir for about 5 minutes
Add PairME’s “The Wine for Steak” and keep stirring until it thickens
Add the meat and stir for a minute
Cover the pan, turn down the heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes
Serve
