The Wine for Pizza
Our Montepulciano d’ Abruzzo has a deep red colour with violet highlights and a pleasant fruity bouquet. Dry, and round on the palate to complement every bite of your pizza. The finish is full-bodied with soft tannins. The wine has a balanced acidity that will break down the various base layers of tomato, cheese and crust.

Located between the Adriatic Sea and the massifs of Gran Sasso d’Italia and Majella, the territory benefits from strong temperatures between day and night which & good ventilation which ensures an ideal microclimate to produce grapes of extraordinary quality. Abruzzo can be divided into two areas: the inland mountain region, distinguished by a continental climate and the coastal area with its hilly strip and mild climate. The perfect home for Montepulciano, now considered one of the great red wines of Italy.
WINEMAKING
The harvested and destemmed grapes have been vinified with 7/8 days of maceration in order to extract colour and structure. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is made in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25/27 °C.
TASTING IMPRESSIONS
