Thai Fish Curry
This Thai curry wine pairing recipe is our personal favorite. It’s easy to make but tastes awesome.

Ingredients
1 Pound Cod fillet
2 Table Spoon of Curry Powder
1 Ripe Mango
1 Fresh Chilli
1 White Onion
1 Lemon
1 Ginger
3 Clove Garlic
425 Grams Can Coconut Milk
Coriander Leaves for Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
Cup of boiled Rice
Recipe
Clean the fish then cut into one inch cubes
Chop the Onion, Fresh Chillies, mince garlic, mince ginger
Heat Olive Oil on medium heat in a deep cast iron pot
Add onions and cook till translucent then add garlic
Add Curry Powder to the Oil and stir it for 3minutes
Add coconut milk and let it reach a slow boil for 5 minutes
Add 1 tablespoon of Fish Sauce
Add the cubed Fish
Once the Fish is half cooked (8-10mins) add the mangoes
After 18-20 minutes the curry will be ready
Serve over rice and garnish with coriander and lemon zest
