This great white...wine comes from the rough oceans that have traversed to reach the calm Loire River Valley, entering the soils and giving great flavor and texture to this crisp and light wine. Loire Valley - Limestone.
Vinification:
Hand-harvested. Grapes are pressed full-cluster then fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks and in cement tanks. Aged also in tank, with lees stirring.
Wine Tasting Notes:
Aromas of grapefruit rind, white flowers, crushed oyster shells. Ripe fruit with a nervous, taut core; refreshing and vibrant.
