Also highlighting the complexity and diversity of the Piedmont region, The Langhe is located in the southern part of Piedmont. The name means "tongues of the land," and refers to the elongated hills, often with very steep sides that run parallel to each other in order to form numerous valleys.

Region/Soil:

Langhe - An interesting marine soil, which consists of mostly calcareous-clay.

Vinification:

Typical red vinification with fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Wine Tasting Notes:

Deep red with violet highlights. The nose shows cherry and hints of violet together with spicy overtones. The palate is full-bodied with red fruit, and chewy tannins.
