Pet Nat or Petillant Natural is a natural sparkling wine made with close to no intervention. There is nothing added or disgorged, which is why there is a slight cloudiness and a natural lees deposit. This special label is the creation of NYC artist Lucas Lovejoy.

Bottling of partially fermented wine to complete its fermentation in the bottle, creating a natural sparkling effect.
Wine Tasting Notes:
Fresh, lively flavors with notes of green apple, pear, and citrus, complemented by a slight yeastiness. Its natural fizz and crisp acidity make it refreshing and invigorating on the palate.
