ABOUT THE VINEYARD:
Weingut Am Kaiserbaum is a 23 hectares estate located in the Pfalz appellation, also known as « small Burgundy ».
ABOUT THE WINEMAKERS:
Gerald took over the estate from his father, he studied oenology at the University of Geisenheim and learn how to vinify Pinot Noir in Burgundy. Since 2016, they have been certified as a "partner holding for nature conservancy," a nature conservation program of the German state of RhinelandPalatinate. He has been elected the 2023 best German Winery by Mundus Vini.
