Created in 1937, La Cave de Saint-Chinian is a cooperative located in the heart of town with an exceptional terroir, capable of producing sustainable wines by combining the latest winemaking technologies with careful hand harvesting. They specialise in A.O.Ps (Appellation d’Origine Protégée) and IGPs (Indication Géographique Protégée).
