Vinification:
Cold fermentation then the traditional process for 15 days.
Wine Tasting Notes:
Lovely color, deep and limpid; bouquet of black berries, cherries and fresh blackberries; in the mouth it is round and smooth, lasting after taste suggestive of grilled green peppers.
