Baron de la Fleur

As legends say, Baron de la Fleur was a rose in a sea of thorns. Providing all sorts of goodness upon the rise of the bourgeois. The greatest of those was the gift of this fine french Cabernet-Sauvignon. Balanced and velvety, a fruity bouquet with a bright and bold finish. Don’t lose your head.

Region/Soil:

Languedoc-Rousillon - Chalky clay and Mediterranean climate.

Vinification:

The vines are grown using sustainable agriculture. The average production is only 38hl per hectare. The harvest is done 50% by hand and 50% by machine.

Wine Tasting Notes:

Aromas of dark berries and licorice, fruit-forward, medium to heavy bodied, chocolate and pepper after taste.
